Mr. R.K.S. Prasad
President – Finance & Group CFO
He is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Madras and a Chartered Accountant. He has 27 years of experience spread across various Industries. He started his career in 1986 in the Chlor-Alkali industry, then moved to Bulk Drug, Paper, Power, and Sugar industries prior to joining NACL Industries Limited.
Mr. Amit Taparia
Senior Vice President – SCM, Procurement, Institutional Business, IT and Registrations & RA
He has 24 years of experience in reputed manufacturing industries in India. He is an Industrial and Production Engineer with MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. He is a trained Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing professional.
Mr. Harish Chandra Bijilwan
Senior Vice President – Operations & Technology
He is a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur. He has over 32 yrs of experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Projects & Commissioning of process Plants. He is a trained Six Sigma professional. He worked with Synthetic & Chemicals Limited, ICI India Limited, Jubilant Organosys Limited and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories before joining NACL Industries Limited in 2009.
Mr. G. Jagannadha Rao
Executive Vice President – Exports Sales & Marketing
He is an Agriculture Graduate with an MBA. He also did the Executive Post Graduation Programme in Strategic Management from IIM, Kozhikode. He brings with him 32 years of experience in marketing of agribusiness in India and abroad in addition to experience in the IT sector.
Mr. S. Mani Prasad
Senior General Manager & Head – Human Potential Development
He holds Master of Social Work specialized in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law and Diploma in Training and Development. He is a versatile Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, FMCG, Farm Inputs and Cement sectors such as Aurobindo Pharma Limited, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Coromandel International Ltd and Adani Wilmar Limited. He has strong cross-industry back ground and experience in supporting large and diverse workforce.
Mr. Satish Kumar Subudhi
Vice President – Legal & Company Secretary
He brings with him 22 years of experience. He is an associate member of ‘Company Secretaries of India’. He is a Law graduate and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He worked with Zen Technologies Ltd, Regency Ceramics Ltd, and Penna Cement Group prior to joining NACL Industries Limited.
Mr. Roshan Mammen
Vice President – Exports
He brings with him over two decades of experience in international sales and marketing. He has worked with the Murugappa Group, in various roles such as Innovation and Strategy Lead & Head Exports (Americas), including long and successful stints overseas building the business from the ground up. He has a B. Sc in Agriculture and has done his PGDBA in marketing and finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Mr. Seshagiri Rao
Vice President – Plant Operations
He brings to the role around 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and considerable expertise in plant operations. He has held leadership roles, in large MNCs such as Jubiliant Bharati Group, Ramkey Enviro Engineers Ltd, Berger paints India Ltd and Asian paints Ltd. He is a chemical engineer by training and has cultivated a reputation for excellence.
Mr. Kannan Upadhyaya
Vice President – Domestic Retail Sales & Marketing
He brings with him over 22 years of expertise in Management Consulting, P&L Management, Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain Strategies.
He is an Agriculture Gradate with an MBA. He has handled several prestigious assignments working both in India and abroad, working with firms such as Goldratt Consulting, Olam International and Godrej Agrovet.
