Mr. N Shankar

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Shankar is a Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Commerce Postgraduate from Bharathidasan University. He brings with him over 35 years of diverse experience across various companies within the Murugappa Group, specializing in IT, Finance, Procurement, and operational leadership functions. He has also played key roles in organizational integration and performance enhancement initiatives across group entities.

Mr. Rajesh Mukhija

Company Secretary

Rajesh Mukhija has over 25 years of experience in legal, corporate governance, corporate secretarial, risk management, and compliance functions. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions with Coromandel International Limited, Asahi India Glass Ltd., JCB India, and Ford Motor Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), Delhi. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Amit Taparia

Head Operations

He has 24 years of experience in reputed manufacturing industries in India. He is an Industrial and Production Engineer with MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. He is a trained Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing professional.

Dr. Biju Pillai

Director - R&D

He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from M.S. University of Baroda and completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the Institute of Science, Tokyo (formerly known as the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan). He began his academic career as a lecturer at M.S. University of Baroda before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, where he spent nearly fifteen years working with leading companies such as Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark, Torrent, and Alembic.

Prior to joining NACL, he spent over a decade at Adama Ltd., where he served as Head of Global R&D in Hyderabad. He also held the position of Whole-time Director on the Board of Adama India Private Limited.

Mr. Kannan Upadhyaya

Head B2C

With 24 years of experience in leadership roles, Kannan has excelled in Country Operations, Management Consulting, P&L Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
During his tenure at Goldratt Consulting, he developed Award-Winning business models for companies in India and China. He initiated country operations for Olam International in Sri Lanka.
He spearheaded multiple P&L positions at Godrej Agrovet, driving substantial growth and profitability. He played an instrumental role in the successful launch of Nature’s Basket.
Kannan was honoured with the prestigious Best Team Leader Award and the Most Innovative Idea Implementation Award.

Mr. Narasimha Rao Kothapalli

Head Exports

He is a postgraduate in Agriculture and has completed PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, and Business Leadership Programme from IIM-B.
He is an agri-industry veteran with 34 years of experience in the agri-input sector, spanning both domestic and international markets. He has worked for seven years in the USA, handling bio-exports for EID Parry. Prior to this role, he anchored the Head – Exports position at Coromandel.

Dr. A. Kuppusamy

Head Product Development, IPR and Regulatory Affairs

Dr. A. Kuppusamy holds a Ph.D. in Entomology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law. He has over two decades of experience working with Murugappa Group companies (EID Parry and Coromandel), focusing on product development and regulatory affairs for both domestic and international markets.

With more than 28 years of expertise in new product development, strategy, R&D, registration, and regulatory affairs (both in India and internationally), he possesses extensive knowledge of agrochemical regulations in India and other countries. He is also proficient in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and patents.
Dr. Kuppusamy has delivered speeches at international agrochemical conferences, discussing the Indian crop protection industry and agrochemical regulations.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Dubey

Head Institutional Business & Strategic Sourcing

Praveen has successfully led high-impact teams and business units at industry leaders such as Coromandel International Ltd, Adama India Ltd, and NACL Industries Ltd.
Praveen is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Institutional Business, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, and Commercial Operations. Renowned for his ability to inspire teams and drive strategic initiatives, he has consistently delivered results by aligning business goals with operational execution.
His leadership style is rooted in building trust, fostering collaboration, and nurturing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. Through his visionary approach and decisive leadership, he has played a pivotal role in steering organizations toward sustained growth and profitability.

Mr. N.R. Viswanathan

Head – HR & Admin

N.R. Viswanathan is a seasoned Human Resources leader with nearly three decades of transformative experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, retail, and agro plantations. Armed with a degree in Chemistry from Madras University and an MBA in HR from ITM Mumbai, he has consistently driven organizational excellence by forging a seamless link between human capital and core business objectives.

His expertise spans Strategic HR, Organization Design (OD), Talent Management, Capability Building, and HR Analytics. A firm believer in weaving HR interventions directly into the business fabric, Viswanathan excels at decoding complex business levers and establishing high-impact HR metrics that drive tangible growth. Over his distinguished career, he has partnered with top-tier organizations to scale their HR capabilities, holding key roles at Coromandel International Ltd (Murugappa Group), Future Retail, the TTK Group, TNT India, and Thirumalai Chemicals

Mr. Shubhashish Dutta

CIO – IT

Mr. Subhashish Dutta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from AIMA, New Delhi, with over 23 years of experience in IT & Digital Strategy and execution.
His expertise spans ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps, Business Intelligence, and Analytics. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned organizations, including Corteva Agriscience, DuPont Crop Protection, Anandabazar Patrika, British Petroleum, Reckitt Benckiser, and ICI Paints (Akzo Nobel).
