Mode of Action

Bensulfuron Methyl inhibits ALS (acetolactate synthase), blocking amino acid synthesis, while Pretilachlor inhibits very long chain fatty acid (VLCFA) synthesis, preventing cell division and elongation in germinating weeds. Category: Sulfonylurea + Chloroacetamide group herbicide
