Clodinafop – propargyl 15% WP

• Point is a post emergence selective herbicide for the control of grasses in the wheat.
• It has wide window of application for which provides more flexibility for time of application.
• It does not have any effect on follow up crops and is fit for any crop rotation.
• It is very safe to the crop (contains safener cloquintocet – mexyl), soil and the environment.

It is absorbed through the leaves and shoots of the actively growing plants and kills the plant by inhibition of acetyl co-enzyme activity and hence fatty acid production. Within 48 hours after application, susceptible grass species cease to grow. Plant death occurs within 2 – 3 weeks.
